Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join a center-based team focused on transforming the lives of children diagnosed with autism. You will deliver one-on-one therapy, collaborate with SLPs, BCBAs, and RBTs, and help families with training and progress monitoring.

The role follows a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule with comprehensive benefits, growth opportunities, and a supportive culture that emphasizes outcomes and clinician development.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and NBCOT certification.
• Current state licensure to practice in Arizona.
• Strong organization, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues and caregivers.
• Proven time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Detail oriented and professional in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and MacOS familiarity.
• Ability to learn CentralReach and Tableau quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide center-based occupational therapy for children with autism.
• Collaborate with SLPs, BCBAs, and RBTs in an interdisciplinary team.
• Provide training to team members and families.
• Conduct assessments and create treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed.
