Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking an Occupational Therapist to accelerate client success by coordinating care with ABA services and designing individualized treatment plans for a pediatric caseload. The OT will oversee clinical quality, ensure ethical practice, and drive outcomes across centers.

Ideal candidates will enjoy working with children, demonstrate strong communication, and be highly organized with initiative to learn and grow within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT) required.
• NBCOT certification required.
• Current licensure to practice OT required.

Responsibilities

• Direct, design and implement OT programs for assigned clients.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients.
• Maintain a caseload of ~25 billable hours per week.
• Coordinate care with ABA and Speech services.
• Document progress and ensure ethical practice.
