Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a full-time, center-based Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a motivated team focused on transforming lives of children with autism. You will deliver center-based OT using natural play to build foundational skills and work with families to support development.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT).
• NBCOT Certification.
• Current State Licensure.
• Strong organization, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues and caregivers.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide center-based occupational therapy for children with autism.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including SLPs, BCBAs and RBTs.
• Provide training to team members and families.
• Conduct assessments.
• Create treatment plans.
• Monitor and manage client progress.
