Job summary

Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our growing pediatric ASC team in a PRN capacity. You will provide postoperative/post-anesthesia care, monitor patients, and support dentists and anesthesiologists to deliver safe, high-quality care.

You have a current RN license, BLS, and ideally ACLS/PALS within 60 days of hire; you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are committed to upholding our safety and patient-centered values.

Qualifications

• You have an exceptional work ethic, positive attitude, and strong commitment to providing excellent care to our patients.
• Current State License to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; RN license required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) upon hire.
• ACLS and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing care for the patient in the immediate postoperative/post anesthesia period.
• Assess and document patient’s status upon arrival in the recovery room.
• Provide nursing care to meet patient needs related to surgical condition and type of anesthesia administered.
• Monitoring patient and informing dentist or anesthetist of observed complications.
