Job summary

Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers is hiring a Registered Nurse to join our in-person surgical care team. You will provide nursing care in the immediate postoperative and recovery room, monitor patients, and coordinate with dentists and anesthesiologists.

We value a strong work ethic, compassionate patient care, and a collaborative culture. Required licensure, BLS, ACLS/PALS within 60 days, and a nursing degree from an accredited program.

Qualifications

• Current State License to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Knowledge of the nursing process from assessment to evaluation.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification on hire.
• ACLS and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing care in the immediate postoperative/post-anesthesia period.
• Assess and document patient status upon arrival in the recovery room.
• Provide nursing care to meet patient needs related to surgical condition and anesthesia.
• Monitor patients and inform dentist or anesthetist of observed complications.
