Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities from offer to readiness for care.
• Track credentials, clearances, background checks, health docs, licenses, and certifications.
• Maintain accurate employee files per BAYADA policies and regulations.
• Follow up to obtain missing or expiring documentation.
• Coordinate orientation, trainings, and onboarding activities.
• Ensure onboarding steps are completed before starting client care.
• Monitor expiration dates and support renewals and recredentialing.
• Prepare reports and status updates on onboarding progress.
• Update employee information in BAYADA systems and records.
• Support leaders with skills validation and readiness for pediatric assignments.
