BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an RN Clinical Manager for our North Brunswick Pediatrics office in North Brunswick, NJ. This full-time leadership role guides a team delivering compassionate pediatric home care across Middlesex County, ensuring clinical excellence and continuity of care.

Lead client assessments, care plans, and staff coaching while collaborating with families, physicians, and field staff to provide safe, high-quality care in the home and community.

Qualifications

• Current RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience.
• Strong clinical assessment, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the service area for client visits and staff support.
• Preferred supervisory/leadership experience; pediatric/home care experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of nurses providing pediatric home care.

• Develop and oversee individualized plans of care.
• Provide clinical oversight for RNs and LPNs in the field.

BAYADA HOME HEALTH CARE is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager for our North Brunswick Pediatrics (NBP) office in North Brunswick, NJ. In this RN leadership role, you will lead and support a team providing compassionate, high-quality pediatric home care to clients and families throughout Middlesex County.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of nurses providing pediatric home care
• Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits throughout Middlesex County
• Develop, review, and oversee individualized plans of care
• Provide clinical oversight and support for RNs and LPNs in the field
• Partner with clients, families, physicians, and field staff to support safe, consistent, and high-quality care
• Monitor client needs and help promote continuity of care across the service team
• Facilitate orientation for newly hired staff
• Complete skills validations and competency assessments for new and tenured employees
• Provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing clinical support to field nurses
• Partner with office leadership to support quality, compliance, documentation, and service delivery
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Support ongoing education and development for clinical staff
• Participate in hiring and employee development activities as needed
• Conduct occasional site visits, meetings, and community-engagement activities

What you bring

Required

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
• Strong clinical assessment, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to provide clinical leadership and support in a pediatric home-care environment
• Ability to travel throughout the service area for client visits, staff support, meetings, and office needs
• Passion for supporting pediatric clients, families, and clinical teams
• Flexibility for occasional extended hours | Occasional travel for site visits, meetings, and community engagement | Participation in an on-call rotation as needed

Preferred

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience
• Pediatric nursing experience
• Home care experience
• Experience supporting children with complex medical needs
• Trach and ventilator experience
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or developing RNs and LPNs
