Job summary

Phoenix Children's Hospital, Inc. in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric services from neonatal to adolescent ages, including evaluation and treatment in self-care, play, sensorimotor, cognitive and psychosocial domains.

You will work with families and a multidisciplinary team, manage a daily workload, supervise rehab staff, and ensure accurate documentation in accordance with department standards.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Pediatric Experience preferred.
• Specialty pediatric training preferred (ortho, neuro, neuromuscular, NDT, taping, medically complex/fragile, developmental, or other relevant pediatric areas).

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats pediatric patients with age-appropriate occupational therapy goals.
• Coordinates care with hospital teams and families, documents thoroughly, and plans discharge/home programs.
• Supervises rehab technicians and students; participates in in-service trainings.
