Job summary

Phoenix Children's Hospital, Inc. seeks a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide services from neonatal to adolescent populations. You will evaluate, plan, and implement age-appropriate therapies addressing self-care, play, and sensory-motor goals.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate families, and document progress in compliance with standards. This role requires NBCOT, Arizona OT license, fingerprint clearance, and BLS certification prior to start date.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats pediatric patients across neonatal to adolescent ages.
• Develops age-appropriate goals and plans of care.
• Coordinates care with hospital teams and family, including home programs.
• Maintains documentation per policies and accreditation standards.
• Supervises rehab technicians or students as applicable.
• Performs additional duties as needed.
