• Develops treatment plans and coordinates care with other disciplines.
• Performs evaluations and documents progress per department standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Supervises rehab technicians and therapy assistants as needed and provides performance feedback.
• Educates families and creates home programs to support function in daily activities.
• Maintains timely and accurate charting and documentation per policies.
