Job summary

Phoenix Children's Hospital, Inc. seeks a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide evaluation and treatment for neonatal to adolescent patients, addressing self-care, play, sensory‑motor integration, cognitive and psychosocial skills.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Specialty training in pediatric ortho, neuro, neuromuscular, NDT, taping, medically complex/fragile, or other pediatric areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats pediatric patients from neonatal to adolescent.
• Forms plans of care and provides age-appropriate interventions.
• Coordinates care with families, physicians, and other hospital staff.
• Maintains documentation per department and regulatory standards.
• Supervises rehab technicians or students and participates in discharge planning.
