• Graduation from an accredited OT program.
• NBCOT certification prior to start date.
• Arizona OT license prior to start date.
• Arizona DPS fingerprint clearance card prior to start date.
• BLS certification prior to start date.
• AOTA pediatric specialty certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and treatments.
• Coordinate care with hospital teams and discharge planning.
• Supervise rehab technicians and students; participate in in-service training.
