Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients according to functional level and potential.
• Provide professional consultations to maximize patient independence.

Bachelor's Degree From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program

Master's Degree From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program

Ph.D. From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or equivalent educ/experience

Job description

Manages and provides skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient's special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Master's Degree From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Ph.D. From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Or equivalent educ/experience.
• Coursework/Training Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need. Or equivalent educ/experience.
• Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist License.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
