Job summary

Providence Regional Medical Center Everett in Everett, WA is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide medically prescribed therapy services using OT theory and skills, collaborating with a patient-focused care team.

Required: Bachelor's in OT, WA OT license, BLS. Pediatric rehab experience preferred; new grads with intern exposure considered. Preferred: Master's in OT; Defensive Driving; clinical OT experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist License.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Pediatric rehabilitation experience preferred, but new graduates with relevant intern experience will be considered.
