Qualifications

• Occasional specialized OT training to meet department needs or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage skilled occupational therapy for patients with diverse diagnoses.
• Provide patient consultations to promote maximum independence.
• Collaborate with the care team to maximize patient independence and outcomes.

Job description

Manages and provides skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient's special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or
