• Clinical experience as an OT in acute care, rehab, skilled nursing, or outpatient.
• Experience in geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and implementation.
• Complete related documentation.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams.

Required Qualifications:
