Job summary

Abbott is seeking a proactive senior sales professional to drive sustainable new user generation in paediatric nutrition across hospitals, clinics, and community health settings. Strong English and Cantonese skills are required, with 2–5 years in health‑care business development preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nutritional Science, Pharmaceutical or related discipline.
• 2–5 years in healthcare, pharma, nutrition, or related business development roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent with strong initiative and English; Cantonese fluent.

Responsibilities

• Drive qualified new user generation through systematic identification and development of paediatric nutrition opportunities.
• Build and maintain a sustainable lead generation funnel within assigned territories.
• Identify unmet nutritional needs and growth opportunities in paediatric patients.
• Develop territory plans to maximize new patient acquisition.
• Establish partnerships with paediatricians, nurses, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Facilitate scientific exchange and educational discussions on paediatric nutrition management.
• Support professionals in identifying nutritional intervention opportunities for eligible patients.
• Expand professional networks and healthcare advocate base.
• Initiate patient education programs, screening, and growth monitoring initiatives.
