Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years healthcare sales experience with clinical experience (RDNs and RNs).
• Knowledge of hospital pediatrics a plus.
• Stability and proven success in sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support territory sales goals in hospitals and doctors' offices for Similac and PediaSure.
• Hospital negotiations and contracting.
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge, clinical studies, protocols and guidelines in a selling environment.
• Launch new products and educate stakeholders on usage.
• Understand hospital hierarchies (NICU, Pediatrics, Pharmacies, Purchasing, PICU, Nurseries, Nursing units).
• Collaborate with Dietitians, Physicians and Nurses; manage budgets and operate with independence.
