Abbott in the United States seeks a Pediatric Office Sales Specialist to promote Abbott Pediatric Nutritional products in hospital and office settings across Southern Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

The role requires daytime travel, engagement with clinicians and purchasing teams, and collaboration with hospital departments to grow the portfolio in NICU, Pediatrics, Pharmacies and Nursing units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of healthcare sales experience with clinical experience.
• Experience in hospital settings; pediatrics is a plus.
• Vendor credentialing may include vaccinations (COVID-19).
• Stable, proven sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Developing and supporting territory sales goals for Similac and PediaSure in hospital and office settings.
• Hospital negotiations and contracting.
• Knowlege of products, clinical studies, protocols and guidelines for selling.
• New product launches.
• Collaborate with Dietitians, Physicians, Nurses; understand NICU, Pediatrics, Pharmacies, Purchasing, PICU, Nurseries and Nursing units.
• Budget management and independent work with initiative.
