Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
2+ years of healthcare sales experience with clinical experience (e.g., RDNs and RNs).
Stability and proven success in sales.
Knowledge of hospital settings; pediatrics a plus.
Vendor credentialing requirements may include COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

Develop and support territory sales goals in hospital and office settings for Similac and PediaSure.
Hospital negotiations and contracting.
Comprehensive knowledge of all products, clinical studies, protocols and guidelines as well as the ability to deliver the information in a selling environment.
New product launches.
Understanding hospital departments such as NICU, Pediatrics, Pharmacies, Purchasing, PICU, Nurseries and Nursing units.
Work with Dietitians, Physicians and Nurses.
Budget management.
Function independently with initiative and autonomy.
Be self-motivated to achieve short- and long-term goals.
