Job summary

Abbott is a global healthcare leader delivering nutrition products like Similac and PediaSure. This role is based in Southern MA or Providence, RI with remote options and involves promoting pediatric nutrition in office settings.

You will develop territory sales goals, negotiate with hospitals, lead product launches, and work with Dietitians, Physicians and Nurses. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of healthcare sales are required; candidates should be locally based and able to travel 15%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of healthcare sales experience with clinical background (RDNs and RNs).
• Proven stability and success in sales.
• Knowledge of hospital pediatrics is a plus.
• COVID-19 vaccination may be required with credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory sales goals in hospital and office settings for Similac and PediaSure.
• Negotiate contracts with hospitals.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of products, studies, protocols and guidelines for selling.
• Lead new product launches.
• Understand hospital department hierarchies and collaborate with Dietitians, Physicians and Nurses.
• Manage budgets.
• Work autonomously with initiative and drive.
• Aim to achieve short- and long-term sales targets.
