Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago is seeking a Medical Assistant for outpatient care in Lincoln Park. You will support physicians and nursing staff, perform routine phlebotomy, injections, ECGs, and clerical tasks in a pediatric primary care setting.

Qualifications include CMA(RMA) preferred, 0–3 years experience, high school diploma and CPR certification. The role offers competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities within a leading pediatric center.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a formal Medical Assistant program.
• 0–3 years of relevant clinical experience.
• CMA (AAMA) or RMA preferred but not required.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification by American Heart Association.

Responsabilidades

• Phlebotomy and specimen processing as directed by the provider.
• Administer IM, subcutaneous and intradermal injections and topical meds.
• Perform ECGs and download telemetry data where applicable.
• Assist with scheduling and basic check-in/check-out tasks.
• Obtain patient measurements and history; document in EMR.
• Stock and maintain clinic area and supplies.
