Affiliated Home Care is seeking a Pediatric LPN for a weekend case in Teaneck, NJ. You will provide 1:1 nursing for a 14-year-old female with cerebral palsy, who is non-ambulatory and non-verbal, requiring respiratory therapies.

This Saturday-Sunday 8am-8pm position offers competitive pay at $40/hr and a calm, family-centered environment emphasizing safety and consistency in care.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN license.
• Pediatric home care experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Physical exam within the last 12 months.
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years).
• Proof of MMR within 10 years.
• Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption.

Responsibilities

• Individualized pediatric care - provide safe 1:1 nursing.
• Respiratory support - Nebulizer, cough assist, chest vest therapy.
• Clinical monitoring - observe and document changes.
• Family partnership - promote comfort and daily routines.
• Home safety - infection control and equipment use.

Provide meaningful, 1:1 care every weekend for a 14-year-old female with cerebral palsy in Teaneck, NJ. She is non-ambulatory, non-verbal, receives oral feeds, and requires respiratory therapies including nebulizer treatments, cough assist, and chest vest therapy.
