Job summary

Affirmed Home Care in Newark, NJ is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for flexible 1:1 pediatric home care assignments.

Qualifications

• New Jersey LPN license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of pediatric/home care or acute care experience.
• BLS certification required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Physical exam within 12 months.
• PPD or QuantiFERON TB test within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years).
• Proof of MMR within 10 years.
• Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated 1:1 pediatric nursing care in the child’s home during assigned shifts.

What You'll Do

• Provide dedicated 1:1 pediatric nursing care — Support each child's comfort, safety, and daily needs throughout each shift with compassion and skill.

Pay Rate

LPN: $40/hr

What You Bring

• New Jersey LPN License

• Preferred 1 year pediatric experience (home care or acute care)

• BLS Certification
