Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Evening & Weekend Shifts (Franklin Lakes, NJ)

Location: Franklin Lakes, NJ Setting: Pediatric Private Duty Nursing Company: Affiliated Home Care

Position Overview

Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a pediatric 1:1 private duty case in Franklin Lakes, NJ. This role involves providing attentive, developmentally appropriate care to a young child in the home setting.

We are currently hiring for evening and weekend shifts, with flexible scheduling options.

Key Responsibilities

• Individualized pediatric care — Deliver safe, developmentally appropriate 1:1 nursing
• Clinical monitoring & documentation — Observe, record, and communicate changes in condition
• Family‑centered support — Partner with families to promote comfort and stability
• Safe home environment — Ensure infection control and proper equipment use

Pay Rate

• LPN: $35–$38/hr

Available Shifts

• Evening shifts
• Weekend shifts Flexible scheduling available.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN License
• Pediatric experience preferred (home care or facility)
• Current BLS Certification
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Physical exam within the past 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)
• Proof of MMR immunization within 10 years
• Proof of flu vaccination or approved exemption
