Job summary

Affirmed Home Care in Franklin Lakes, NJ seeks an experienced Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for evening and weekend home care shifts. Deliver 1:1 nursing care to a pediatric client in the family home with developmentally appropriate attention.

You will perform clinical monitoring, documentation, and family‑centered support, while maintaining infection control and home safety. Flexible scheduling aligns with evenings and weekends to fit family needs.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN license
• Pediatric experience preferred (home care or facility)
• Current BLS certification
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Physical exam within 12 months
• PPD/QuantiFERON within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years
• Proof of MMR within 10 years
• Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
