Affirmer Home Care is seeking a Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) for a weekend case in Teaneck, NJ. The role covers Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 8pm, caring for a single 14-year-old female client with cerebral palsy at her home. The setting is private duty pediatric care with 1:1 attention.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN License.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Pediatric experience preferred (home care or facility).
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical exam within 12 months.
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years).
• Proof of MMR within 10 years.
• Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive pediatric assessment — Perform ongoing RN-level evaluations and respond to changes in condition.
• Respiratory management — Nebulizer treatments, cough assist, chest vest therapy.

Saturday & Sunday | 8am–8pm | $45/hr Setting: Pediatric Private Duty Company: Affirmer Home Care

Provide meaningful, 1:1 skilled nursing care every weekend for a 14‑year‑old female with cerebral palsy in Teaneck, NJ. She is non‑ambulatory, non‑verbal, receives oral feeds, and requires respiratory therapies including nebulizer treatments, cough assist, and chest vest therapy. Qualifications

• Current BLS Certification
