Affined Home Care is actively hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide 1:1 pediatric care in Norwood, NJ. The role offers day, evening, and overnight shifts with flexible scheduling across multiple cases.

Ideal candidates hold an active New Jersey LPN license, pediatric experience, and a current BLS certification. You must be authorized to work in the U.S. and have a valid driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN License.
• Pediatric experience preferred (home care or facility).
• Current BLS Certification.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Physical exam within 12 months.
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years).
• Proof of MMR within 10 years.
• Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption.

What You’ll Do

• Individualized pediatric care — Provide safe, developmentally appropriate 1:1 nursing

• Clinical monitoring & documentation — Observe, record, and communicate changes in condition

• Family‑centered support — Partner with families to promote comfort and stability

• Home safety — Maintain infection control and proper equipment use

Pay Rate

LPN: $40/hr

Available Shifts

• Day shifts

• Evening shifts

• Overnight shifts Multiple pediatric cases with flexible scheduling.

What You Bring

• Active New Jersey LPN License

• Pediatric experience preferred (home care or facility)
