Job summary

Affimred Home Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support pediatric clients in Trenton, NJ. These 1:1 private duty cases offer developmentally appropriate care in the child’s home, with day, evening, and overnight shifts available.

You will provide safe, individualized care, monitor changes in condition, and work closely with families to ensure comfort and stability. Eligible candidates must hold an NJ LPN license and a current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN License is required.
• 1 year pediatric experience preferred (home care or facility).
• Current BLS Certification is required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Physical exam within 12 months.
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years).
• Proof of MMR within 10 years
• Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Individualized pediatric care — Provide safe, developmentally appropriate care tailored to each child

Pay Rate

LPN: $35/hr
