Affimed Home Care in Boonton, NJ seeks a Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for overnight and weekend shifts. You will provide focused 1:1 pediatric care, monitor patients, and coordinate with families to ensure safety and comfort in the home setting.

Eligible candidates hold a New Jersey LPN license and current BLS certification. The role offers consistent hours with Friday–Sunday night shifts and weekend day options, starting at $40/hr.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN license and BLS certification.
• Pediatric home care experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. with valid credentials.
• Valid driver's license preferred and ability to pass health screenings.
• Annual health and background checks as required.

Affimed Home Care is actively hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support pediatric clients in the Boonton, NJ area. We have immediate openings for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday overnight shifts (10:30 PM–6:30 AM), along with a weekend day shift from 9:30 AM–5:30 PM. Build a schedule that works for your life while delivering care that makes a difference.

What You’ll Do

• Individualized pediatric care — Provide safe, developmentally appropriate 1:1 nursing

• Clinical monitoring & documentation — Observe, record, and communicate changes in condition

• Family‑centered support — Partner with families to promote comfort and stability

• Home safety — Maintain infection control and proper equipment use

Pay Rate

LPN: $40/hr

Available Shifts

• Weekend day shift — Saturday & Sunday, 9:30 AM–5:30 PM

• Overnight shifts — Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 10:30 PM–6:30 AM

• Multiple pediatric cases with flexible scheduling

What You Bring

• Active New Jersey LPN License

• Pediatric experience preferred (home care or facility)

• Current BLS Certification

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Physical exam within 12 months

• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)

• Proof of MMR within 10 years

• Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
