Job summary

Affrimed Home Care in Camden, NJ is seeking a Pediatric LPN to provide 1:1 nursing for pediatric clients in home settings. Flexible day, evening, and overnight shifts across multiple cases. You will monitor patients, document changes, and support families to maintain comfort and safety.

Candidates must hold NJ LPN license, BLS, and be authorized to work in the U.S. A valid driver's license is preferred for travel between cases.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN License
• Pediatric home care experience preferred
• Current BLS Certification
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Physical exam within 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)
• Proof of MMR within 10 years
• Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption

Make a meaningful impact providing 1:1 care to pediatric clients in their homes. Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support pediatric clients throughout the Camden, NJ area. These private duty roles offer the opportunity to provide attentive, developmentally appropriate skilled care to children with varying medical needs in a supportive home environment.

We are hiring for day, evening, and overnight shifts, with flexible scheduling across multiple cases.

Key Responsibilities
