Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN license is required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Pediatric experience (home care or facility) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Physical exam within 12 months.
• PPD or QuantiFERON test within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years).
• MMR proof within 10 years.
• Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption.

What You’ll Do

Pay Rate
