Affirmed Home Care, Inc. is seeking a Per Diem Pediatric LPN for 1:1 home care in Wanaque, NJ, offering weekend overnight shifts and competitive pay. This role focuses on one-on-one nursing in the child’s home with comprehensive caregiver support.

The nurse will provide skilled nursing, monitor health and safety, document services, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to ensure high-quality pediatric care.

Qualifications

• Active NJ LPN license required.
• Current BLS certification.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• PPD/QuantiFERON or chest X-ray within 12 months.
• MMR immunization within 10 years.
• Influenza vaccination or approved medical exemption.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a dedicated per diemLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a pediatric private duty case in Wanaque, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN who enjoys building strong relationships with families and providing high-quality care in a supportive home environment.

Schedule

• Saturday Overnight
• 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (8-hour shift)

Pay

• $40.00 per hour

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the client's home
• Monitor the client's health, safety, and overall well-being
• Administer care according to the physician's plan of care
• Accurately document nursing services provided
• Collaborate with the family and clinical team to deliver exceptional care

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN license
• Preferred: At least 1 year of pediatric experience in home care or acute care
• Current BLS certification
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Physical completed within the past 12 months
• Current PPD or QuantiFERON within the past 12 months (or chest X-ray within the past 5 years)
• Proof of MMR immunization within the past 10 years
• Proof of influenza vaccination or approved medical exemption
