Job summary

The Pediatric Interventional Cardiology Radiologic Technologist III/II at MUSC supports the Pediatric Catheterization Lab under management supervision. The role requires performing complex procedures, maintaining radiation safety, and delivering patient care from neonates to geriatrics, across cath lab and EP contexts.

Ideal candidates will have radiologic technology credentials, ARC/ARRT certifications, and a minimum of two years’ modality-specific experience, with on‑call duties and a day

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology.
• ARRT, CVIS, CRT or CVT and BLS/PALS/ACLS certifications (ACLS preferred).
• At least two years of modality-specific experience; must complete Imaging Specialist Clinical Ladder Program and annual revalidation.

Responsibilities

• Perform and assist complex cardiovascular interventional radiology procedures.
• Operate with high technical competency and ensure safe use of ionizing radiation.
• Contribute during heart catheterization, electrophysiology studies, ablations, and related procedures.
