The MUSC Pediatric Cardiac Cath and EP Lab seeks a Pediatric Interventional Cardiovascular Technologist II to perform and assist complex interventional radiographic procedures across neonate to adult congenital patients. You will operate with initiative, ensuring safe use of ionizing radiation and maintaining high technical competency.

Responsibilities include supporting heart catheterization, EP studies, and ablations under limited supervision, reporting to the Cath Lab Supervisor and Imaging

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Sciences, RT or an accredited school for Cardiovascular Technology/CVT.
• ARRT, CVIS, CRT or CVT certification; current BLS, PALS and ACLS (maybe completed in first 6 months)
• Cath lab or Cardiovascular specialty certification preferred

Aufgaben

• Perform and assist complex interventional radiographic procedures in pediatric to adult congenital patients.
• Ensure safe use of ionizing radiation and maintain high technical competency during all procedures.
• Work under limited supervision reporting to the Cath Lab Supervisor and Imaging Manager; participate in Imaging Ladder program as required.
