Job summary

Abbott Nutrition is seeking a field sales professional to drive growth for the Similac, PediaSure, and Pedialyte product lines from our Columbus, Ohio office. You will develop phone-based selling skills toward field accounts while managing assigned territories and budgets.

The role includes coaching, mentorship, and participation in training events, with potential to relocate for broader U.S. Field Sales opportunities. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with willingness to relocate as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Communication, Business, or Human Ecology/Food and Nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Pediatric Nutrition product line: Similac®, PediaSure®, and Pedialyte®.
• Develop selling skills through phone selling to field customer locations.
• Manage assigned field territories and coverage of active vacant territories.
• Receive coaching feedback to improve professionalism and call quality.
• Handle monthly budgetary responsibilities for the territory.
• Participate in Field Sales force training, marketing promotions, and product extension program training.
• Receive mentorship from internal and field members for skill development.
• Attend field events such as sales leadership meetings and program conventions.
• Work from the Nutrition corporate office in Columbus, OH, with willingness to relocate for future U.S. Field Sales positions.
