Job summary

Abbott Nutrition is seeking a results-driven Field Sales professional to support the Pediatric Nutrition line, including Similac, PediaSure, and Pedialyte. The role requires building effective phone-based selling skills to domestic customer accounts from the Columbus, OH area and managing assigned territories with planned relocations as needed.

Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

• Work with the Pediatric Nutrition product line: Similac®, PediaSure®, and Pedialyte®.
• Develop effective selling skills through phone selling to field customer account locations.
• Manage assigned field territories, including coverage of active vacant field territories.
• Receive coaching feedback to enhance professionalism and call quality.
• Handle monthly budgetary responsibilities for the respective territory.
• Participate in Field Sales force training, marketing promotions, and product extension program training.
• Receive mentorship from internal and field members for skill development.
• Attend field events such as sales leadership meetings and program conventions.
• Work from the Nutrition corporate office in Columbus, OH, with willingness to relocate for future U.S. Field Sales positions.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Communication, Business, or Human Ecology/Food and Nutrition.
• Current residence in or willingness to relocate to Columbus, OH for the role duration.
• Willingness to relocate to various U.S. cities for Field Sales positions after assignment completion.
• Demonstrated effective selling skills.
• Knowledge and passion for Abbott Nutrition products.
• Proficiency in computer skills and use of marketing databases.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay ranging from $20.85 to $41.75 per hour, varying by location.
