Job summary

Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC is seeking a part-time RN for the LCH 10P Pediatrics Medical Surgical Unit. The role is 24 hours per week, with 2 12-hour shifts (7 PM–7 AM) and every third weekend and holiday rotation, in a pediatric inpatient setting.

You will provide and coordinate patient care using the nursing process, uphold standards, and contribute to a safe, compassionate patient experience on an award-winning team.

Qualifications

• 1 year of inpatient nursing experience preferred
• At least 6 months required experience outside of New Grad residency
• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program
• Registered Nurse license from the practicing state
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required; ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead with evidence-based practice to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
