Reserve Care is seeking a pediatric-focused nurse to provide intermittent skilled nursing care to pediatric patients and families in home settings across several Ohio counties. You will assess needs, manage pain and symptoms, educate families, and coordinate with physicians.

The role requires an Ohio-licensed RN or LPN, a BS or equivalent experience, and a commitment to compassionate, high-quality end-of-life care. A valid driver's license and auto insurance are required.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed RN or LPN in Ohio.
• BS or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5 years in Pediatrics or Hospice with desire to transfer into Pediatrics.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Willingness to work in multiple Ohio counties.

Aufgaben

• Provide intermittent skilled nursing to pediatric patients per physician directions.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of patient and family.
• Monitor and manage pain and symptoms; educate family.
• Coordinate with physicians; provide updates based on patient needs.
• Offer emotional support to patient and family; participate in care conferences.
