KidsCare Home Health in Richmond, VA is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric in-home therapy. You will evaluate, plan, and deliver medically prescribed OT services to children in their homes, coordinating with families and the care team.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current state-issued professional licensure.
• Valid state driver license.
• CPR certified.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate, organize, and conduct occupational therapy for pediatric patients in the home health setting.
• Direct the patient and caregiver in therapeutic tasks to restore, reinforce and/or enhance performance.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with patient and family regarding progress and home programs.
• Refer patients and families to appropriate services and resources as needed.
• Consult with physician on patient progress and maintain records.
