Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current state-issued professional licensure.
• Valid state driver license and CPR certification.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred; home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and conduct pediatric occupational therapy in home health settings.
• Direct patient and caregiver in tasks to restore or enhance performance.
• Coordinate care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with patient and family regarding progress and home programs.
• Refer patients to appropriate services and maintain records.
• Participate in continuing education and QA/QI programs.
• Maintain adequate caseload with productive work pace.
