Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric home health services. The OT will evaluate and treat pediatric patients in home settings, instruct families, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.

A strong emphasis is placed on flexible scheduling and family-centered care. Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy, current state licensure, CPR certification, and a valid driver license.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current state-issued professional licensure is required.
• Valid state driver license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Pediatric clinical experience is preferred.
• Home health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, organize, and conduct pediatric occupational therapy in home health settings.
• Instruct patients and caregivers to perform tasks to restore or enhance function.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Communicate progress and discharge planning with patient/family.
• Refer patients to appropriate services as needed.
• Maintain documentation and records of patient progress.
