Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide in-home pediatric therapy, evaluating and treating children within their homes to support functional growth and independence.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team, with focus on safe home-based treatment plans and progress toward discharge. A Master’s in OT and state licensure are required. Driving is necessary to reach patients across the service area.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current state-issued professional licensure required.
• Valid state driver license.
• CPR certification required.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate pediatric patients in the home health setting.
• Direct patient and caregiver in tasks to restore or improve function.
• Coordinate with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with patient and family on progress and goals.
• Carry out quality assurance and program initiatives.
