Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric home health services. You will evaluate, treat, and guide families to promote independence and functional skills in the child’s home setting.

You will partner with a supportive team, participate in mentorship programs, and contribute to a culture focused on CARE, work-life balance, and professional development. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification are required.
• Valid driver license is required; pediatric home health experience is preferred.
• Experience in pediatrics or home health is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients in the home health setting.
• Direct patient and caregiver in tasks to restore or enhance function.
• Coordinate care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with families regarding progress and home programs.
• Participate in QA/QI activities and professional development.
