KidsCare Home Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide in-home pediatric therapy. You will evaluate patients, design treatment plans, and train families to carry out home programs. This role emphasizes flexible scheduling and a supportive, mentor-led environment.

The position requires a Master’s in Occupational Therapy, valid state licensure, CPR certification, and a driver’s license. Home health experience is preferred, with opportunities for professional development and career

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current state-issued professional licensure is required.
• Valid state driver license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, organize, and conduct pediatric occupational therapy in home health.
• Direct the patient and caregiver in tasks to restore or enhance performance.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with patient and family regarding progress and home programs.
• Refer patients and families to appropriate services and resources.
• Consult with physician on patient progress and maintain records.
• Maintain equipment and participate in education and QA activities.
