Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team providing Early Intervention services to infants and toddlers in home-based settings across California.

We offer a sign-on bonus, flexible scheduling, and options for work locations. You will work with families to implement family-centered PT plans and report progress regularly while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in California.
• Pediatric experience required; Early Intervention experience preferred.
• Home-based service delivery experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide PT services using Parent Coaching Model (Rush & Sheldon).
• Work with IFSPs to develop family-centered strategies to reach developmental goals.
• Build caregivers' confidence and skills through family-centered coaching to ensure progress generalization.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environment (homes, daycares, community settings).
• Perform re-assessments and write progress reports (bi-annual).
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and regulations.
