Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with up to 2 years related experience or Master’s degree.
• Experience supervising HIM staff and coordinating daily operations.
• Strong EPIC workflow and In Basket management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise HIM team hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Monitor work queues and EPIC In Basket activity.
• Prepare monthly HIM reports and metrics.
• Resolve HIM processing and patient access issues.
• Recommend process improvements and update policies.
• Collaborate with HR on staffing decisions.
