Job summary

Medical Health Associates of Western New York PLLC in Amherst, NY seeks an experienced Office Supervisor to join our pediatric practice. You will help lead front office staff, coordinate daily operations, and ensure a welcoming, efficient, patient-focused experience for children and families.

The role reports to the Office Manager and requires an Associate degree in Healthcare Administration or equivalent, plus 3+ years in a pediatric front office.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Healthcare Administration or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years of front office experience in a pediatric medical office.
• Supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral English communication; ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front office personnel; hire, train, schedule, and evaluate staff.
• Oversee front office services, adherence to protocols, and collections.
• Create and maintain provider/patient calendars; manage daily operations.
• Coordinate with Nurse Supervisor on staff and schedule planning.
• Ensure HIPAA security, privacy procedures, and staff training.
