Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Lynnwood, WA seeks a Front Office Coordinator to be the first smile families see, handling welcomed patients, calls, scheduling, insurance verification, and check-in/check-out in a busy pediatric outpatient clinic.

You will maintain patient records, assist with billing data entry, support marketing and outreach, and coordinate referrals, while delivering outstanding customer service in a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Associate’s Degree with business emphasis; significant directly related medical office experience may be considered in place of degree.
• Minimum of two years front and back medical office work experience.
• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills; uses good judgment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Excellent organizational, customer service, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes patients and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answers calls and assists with scheduling and inquiries.
• Verifies insurance benefits and eligibility; obtains authorizations as needed.
• Schedules patient appointments and evaluations; registers patients at check-in/out.
• Maintains accurate patient accounts and electronic medical records.
• Manages office supplies and clinic documentation; handles billing data entry.
• Supports referral sources, marketing, and outreach.
