Job summary

The Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Corporation seeks an organized Front Desk Admin for the Pediatric Outpatient Rehabilitation team at the Lexington, MA center. You will support Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Physical Therapy services with front-desk and clerical tasks.

Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, greeting patients, answering calls, and processing billing while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in a busy pediatric setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Healthcare office experience 0-1 year preferred.
• Experience in a pediatric office environment is preferred.
• Basic proficiency with Office Suite and clerical tasks.
• Ability to manage time and multi-task in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine administrative and clerical duties for a clinical service or physician practice.
• Schedule patient appointments and maintain records.
• Greet patients and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Answer phones and route inquiries; verify registrations and co-pays.
• Process billing forms and file/scan documents.
